Client images shared by partners/vendors may be used for marketing purposes with the implied understanding that permission is granted. Should you wish to have any images removed, please notify us, and we will do so immediately.
While we strive to provide accurate product images, some variations in color, size, and design may occur. We will do our best to ensure that products closely match the descriptions and images provided.

2. Refund Policy
Cancellation by GiftzUnique:
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified, and any charges will be reversed.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 days of placing the order. If you cancel an order after making payment, 10% of the total order amount will be deducted as a processing fee, and the balance will be refunded within 7-10 working days. No refunds will be processed once work on your order has started or if the order has already been dispatched/delivered.

3. Changes to Billing/Shipping Details
If you provide incorrect billing or shipping details, please contact us at 8888866504 immediately. Corrections can only be made before the product is dispatched.
Please ensure you provide an Indian contact number. We may not be able to confirm or communicate with you if an international number is provided, which could affect the delivery of your order.
4. Image/Photograph Requirements
High-quality images are essential for customizing products. Please adhere to the instructions provided for uploading images to avoid distortions in the final product. GiftzUnique will not be responsible for poor image quality resulting from non-compliance with instructions.
5. Message/Text Guidelines
We may not be able to engrave or print certain emojis or icons with your personalized messages. If no message is provided, the product will be delivered without any custom text.
6. Product Add-ons
Prices listed on the website may differ from the actual product price due to processing costs. Add-ons are limited to one per product by default, and images on the site are for illustrative purposes only. If add-ons are damaged during shipping, we will either replace or refund them as per the conditions.
7. Product Availability
Certain products or product colors (e.g., teddy bears, roses, or hamper accessories) may vary based on stock availability at the time of your order. We strive to deliver similar or alternative products as closely matching your request as possible.
8. Legal Terms
GiftzUnique.com operates out of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and all legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bhopal courts.

All personal information, including images shared for product customization, will be kept private and deleted after your order is completed. Your contact details will not be shared or used for promotional purposes without your consent.
10. Agreement & Confirmation
You agree to provide accurate delivery details. If your parcel is returned due to incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply.
To claim damages for any products, a video of the unboxing must be shared via WhatsApp at 8888866504 or emailed to giftzunique.com@gmail.com.
GiftzUnique is not liable for delays caused by courier or postal services. If you have any issues with the product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
