Cancellation by Giftz Unique
Please note that there are certain circumstances under which we may need to cancel your order:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as limitations on quantity available for purchase, errors in product(s) or pricing information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you promptly to provide further information.
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order after payment:
- Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total amount.
- The remaining amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or delivered, as these items may become unusable.

Important Notes
- As all our products are personalized and created for special occasions, we typically begin processing your order within a few hours of receipt.
- If you provide incomplete delivery information (e.g., incorrect name or address), you may incur additional charges if your parcel is returned to us by the courier.
Product Complaints
If you believe a product is defective or if there is any mistake from our side, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Please Note
- Replacement products will take 10-15 days to process.
- Replacement/Exchange are not accepted for products that have been tampered with, used, or have damaged packaging.
